Submitting a Refund Application

  1. If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of the written paper, they may apply for a refund within fourteen days after the deadline expiration. The refunds related to the plagiarism issue do not have any time limits. If it is a plagiarism case, the customer needs to prove the writer`s fault by sending us a valid plagiarism report.
  • Not all plagiarism checkers are considered reliable. Such plagiarism detectors as Turnitin, iThenticate, WriteCheck belong to the reliable once as they show genuine results. However, such search engines as SafeAssign and similar ones consider references, quotes, and other data as plagiarism which is not correct. Therefore, we highly recommend our customers to check the reliability of their plagiarism checkers before applying for a refund. In addition, we cannot accept the files with handwritten comments done by the customer about plagiarism.
  1. If a customer places a continuation order which is a part of the customer`s paper, we are responsible for authenticity of the writer`s part only. If the client wants plagiarism to be fixed in their part, compensation order should be placed.
  2. If a customer applies for a refund, the case will be thoroughly investigated by the Refund Department. A Refund agent will check every aspect on the case and inform the customer about their decision. Usually, this process takes 3-4 business days. If the agent approves the customer`s claim, the order price will be partially/fully refunded.


  1. Every customer using our service may ask for some improvements of the paper within two days (48 hours) from the deadline expiration. If the revision request was sent later, compensation should be placed. The amount of compensation depends on the number of changes to be made. Please, note that if the writer agrees to assist the customer without any compensation, no further refund can be provided.
  2. Longer papers (20 pages and more) can be revised within 30 days after the deadline expiration.
  3. A free revision cannot be applied if the customer changes the initial instructions or adds some essential materials after the final paper submission (or during the paper writing). In such case, any paper improvements should be compensated.
  4. When asking for revision, the customer is to send clear revision instructions as well as provide with a reasonable deadline to avoid further misunderstandings. If the writer refuses work on revision, the Writing Department can reassign the order. Due to the order complexity, it may take 24 hours to reassign the order. However, our team members do their best to meet even the strictest deadline.
  5. Our customers should check their personal profile for possible notifications from our support team because the assigned writer may have some questions or remarks about the paper. Besides, sometimes, customers fail to upload necessary files in time. It is the customer who is responsible for providing the correct guidelines and materials for writing.
  6. A customer may use the ‘Extended Revision’ option when placing their order. It costs 30% of the order price and enables the customer to send revision requests during the first 14 days after the deadline expiration. However, this rule cannot be applied to those cases when revision instructions contradict the initial ones. If the customer does not need revision within the given time frame, the 30% fee is not reimbursed.

A Full Refund

  1. A customer may get a full refund if they are double charged or placed the order by mistake. In such case, they need to contact our support team as soon as possible and proceed with the order cancellation.
  2. If the Writing Department fails to assign a writing expert, the customer would get a full refund.
  3. If the company administration grants a full refund, the paper is no longer in the customer`s property.

A Partial Refund

  1. A client may apply for a partial refund if they place an order with an incorrect number of pages. The administration will proceed with a partial refund based on the word count specifications.
  2. The refund percentage will be decreased if a customer failed to choose the correct level of writing (e.g., ‘University’ instead of ‘High School’).
  3. In case of contradicting instructions provided by the customer, percentage of the refund will be recalculated.

  • The client cannot cancel the order if the writer has already written and uploaded the paper into the system. Moreover, the order cannot be cancelled if only 30% or less of the initial deadline is left.

Late Verification

  1. In case of late verification, the deadline starts only when the required information is confirmed. The customer will also need to provide their writer with deadline extension or compensate writer’s work on a hot order.

Word Count Issues

  1. Please, note that we do not count the pages visually, but according to the number of words per page (300 words). For the complex technical orders, this rule cannot be applied. The price for such orders depends on the complexity of the task and is counted by the Writing Department.
  2. PowerPoint Presentation. If the customer needs Speaker Notes they should pay the price stated on the website and the writer will provide 100 -150 words below each slide.
  3. The prices for online tests are calculated according to the number of questions to be answered (five questions per one page). The same rule can be applied for “multiple choice” orders. Thus, if you need five questions to be answered, feel free to place only one page order.


  1. According to our policy, early delivery is always compensated. If the client needs to get the paper earlier, they should contact our Support Team and pay the price difference for urgency. If the writer agrees to help the customer and sends the paper earlier without additional payment, no further refund can be provided.
  2. If the order deadline was extended without the customer`s approval that resulted in late delivery of the final paper, the company administration will proceed with a partial/full refund.

Order Type

  1. It is the customer`s responsibility to choose a correct order type. Undoubtedly, we cannot proceed with a refund, if the company did not get a respective payment for the services requested.
  2. In the “rewriting” orders, the writer is required to paraphrase the text in the customer`s file. All the additional services such as adding sources, adjusting the paper`s parts, etc. should be compensated.
  3. We encourage our clients to cooperate with us and be ready to assist their writer during the work on their order. Timely communication can facilitate the writing process, and it is highly appreciated.
